What it is for

Organising a PDF means reordering, rotating and deleting pages while seeing the document as a list. It is the tool you reach for when a file is complete but badly assembled: upside-down sheets, a duplicated page, the index at the end.

These defects usually come from scanning. A feeder that grabs two sheets at once, a page that goes in rotated, a sheet that slips in face down. Redoing the whole scan for that is absurd when the content has already been captured correctly.

Here you work on a list with one row per page and apply the three changes that actually matter in practice: move it, rotate it or remove it. Processing generates a new PDF with the resulting structure, leaving the original on your disk untouched.

How it works

Use the arrows to reorder, the rotate icon to spin a page, or the "X" to delete it.
Click "Process" to generate a new PDF with the structure you defined.

When to use it

Fix a messy scan

Inverted sheets, rotated pages or duplicates are corrected in a couple of clicks without rescanning.

Remove unwanted pages

Blank covers, separator sheets or pages holding information you would rather not share are deleted before sending.

Reorder before printing

Putting the index first or grouping the annexes in a logical order improves the printed and bound result.

Practical tips

Rotating a single page here is more practical than using "Rotate PDF", which applies the same angle to the whole document.
Pages marked for deletion can be restored by pressing the same icon again, but only until you process.
Once the result is downloaded there is no undo. If the original matters, save it separately before you start.
With long documents it is easier to delete what you do not need first and reorder afterwards, with a shorter list.

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a change before processing?

Yes, click the delete icon again on a marked page to restore it, or keep moving it with the arrows until it sits where you want.

Can deleted pages be recovered afterwards?

Not once you download the result. If you need to keep the original, save a copy before processing.
